At this point you are ready to plant it in a pot with soil. Get a 6 to 10 inch diamter pot fill it with planting mix(I like "Soil Moist" Because it has a substance to hold excess water and release it when needed). Try other plants like pineapple carrot tops and sweet potato. Have fun
