today's play group started off a bit chilly, with a very strong breeze coming off from the lake. none of the babies really got in the water today, but tyler certainly did. he managed to get every single part of his body wet trying to "jump" the waves.
meanwhile, on the shore, the mamas were on caterpillar watch while the wee ones snacked and played in the sand. it seemed like every time we looked away, one of those little buggers would pop up. i didn't think caterpillars liked the beach, but there were sure plenty of them today [ick!].

I had no idea that caterpillers like the beach either! Pretty beach - we just got back from coastal Geaorgia last week, and I already miss the sun and sand!
Looks like a great beach too bad there was a cool wind today.
