the CPSC has voted to suspend mandatory testing and certification of all children's products 12 years and under for 1 year. it is a small victory, but i hope the 1 year suspension will give the commission more time to re-evaluate some of their testing and ceritfication regulations. more details on the latest CPSIA news here, here, and here.
